The Staleks PRO PODODISC Expert S (15mm) is a high-performance, professional-grade stainless steel pedicure disc designed for highly detailed hardware foot care. Its compact 15mm diameter makes it the ultimate tool for navigating hard-to-reach areas, such as interdigital calluses and tight skin cracks, while drop-like perforations keep it lightweight and prevent overheating. A scratch-resistant matte finish and full sterilization compatibility ensure durability and hygiene, and the set includes five premium 180-grit disposable files for immediate, precise skin refinement.

Why You'll Love It

Compact S Size (15mm): Ideal for meticulous detailing work in tight spaces like toes, interdigital areas, and deep, localized calluses.
Higher RPM Capability: Its smaller diameter safely operates at speeds up to 30,000 RPM for fast, smooth material removal.
Advanced Thermal Control: Drop-like perforations reduce weight and prevent overheating, even at high RPMs.
Surgical-Grade Durability: Corrosion-resistant stainless steel with a scratch-resistant matte finish.
Full Sterilization Compatibility: Safe for autoclaves, dry heat ovens, and chemical disinfectants.

Best For

Highly targeted, intricate work on small problem areas, shaping the free edge of the toenail, and removing stubborn coatings, without risking damage to surrounding healthy skin. Recommended RPM: 10,000–30,000.

How to Use+

1. Securely attach the PODODISC Expert S shank (27 mm) into your professional e-file handpiece.
2. Firmly adhere a fresh, single-use abrasive file exactly centered onto the disc surface.
3. Adjust the e-file speed to the strictly recommended range of 10,000 - 30,000 RPM.
4. Gently process the targeted calloused skin, cracks, or nail surface as required.
5. Remove and safely dispose of the used file immediately after the procedure. Remove the disc and proceed with standard sterilization (autoclave or dry heat).
