1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed before 1:00 PM are shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are shipped the next working day.

Ireland & Northern Ireland: 1–3 business days

European Union: 4–7 business days (may take longer depending on destination)
2. Do you ship outside of Ireland?
Yes, we ship within Ireland, Northern Ireland, and most European Union countries.
3. How can I track my order?
Tracking details are sent automatically via email once your order is dispatched.
4. What if my item is damaged or missing?
Please contact us at info@beautyvista.ie within 3 days of delivery and we’ll resolve the issue right away.
5. Do you accept returns?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on cosmetics, beauty products, or any opened/used items. Please choose carefully before purchasing. For full details, please check our Refund Policy.
6. Are your products safe for sensitive skin or nails?
All nail products we sell are intended for professional use only. All other items are carefully selected, but we recommend checking the ingredient list or product description if you have allergies or sensitivities.
7. Are your products authentic?
Yes – all products we sell are 100% genuine, sourced directly from official distributors or manufacturers.
8. Can I get a discount?
We offer rewards and loyalty points – simply click the gift icon in the bottom right corner of the screen to learn more and start collecting points!
9. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping, but all orders are securely packaged to ensure products arrive in perfect condition.
10. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@beautyvista.ie. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
11. How can I use my loyalty points?
Loyalty points can be redeemed for discounts or free shipping. Log in to your account and click the gift icon in the bottom right corner to see your balance and available rewards.
12. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Revolut Pay.

No – our products are cruelty-free.
