Refund policy
At Beauty Vista, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the professional, hygiene-sensitive nature of many of our products, returns are limited. Please read carefully before ordering.
14-Day Return (Eligible Items Only)
Under EU consumer law, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, ALL of the following must be true:

The item is not a cosmetic / hygiene-sensitive product (see Non-Returnable Items below).

The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

All original packaging, seals, and tags are intact.

You provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

You contact us before sending anything back.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

Cosmetic / nail products (e.g., gel polish, rubber base, builder gels, top coats, liquids, treatments, removers, brushes that contact product, etc.) unless faulty or incorrect.

Any opened, used, or unsealed items.
-
Items that cannot be resold for hygiene or product safety reasons.

Gift cards.
-
Final Sale items (clearly marked as non-returnable).

Custom or personalised products.

Returns requested only because the colour looks different on your screen. (Colour tone may vary by device display; this is noted on each product page.)
This policy is consistent with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which excludes returns of goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Including Cosmetics)
We will replace or refund any item that arrives faulty, damaged, leaking, contaminated, or where you received the wrong product.
What to do:

Clear photos/video showing the defect, damage, or wrong item

Keep the product and packaging until we respond.
If we confirm a fault or our error, we will offer:

Replacement, or

Refund (original payment method)

And we will cover/credit reasonable return shipping where required.
How to Request a Return (Eligible Items Only)
Email: info@beautyvista.ie with subject Return Request – Order #xxxxx.
Include: your name, order number, item, and reason.
Approved returns must be shipped to:

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Process

When we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll email you with the decision.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of approval.

Bank or card processing times may vary.
Late or Missing Refunds

Check your bank or card statement again.

Contact your card provider – some delays are normal.

If after 15 business days from approval you still haven’t received your refund, email: info@beautyvista.ie.
Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit.

If the gift was purchased and handed over later, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Shipping Costs on Returns

If the return is not due to our error, you must pay for return shipping.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we issue a refund, we may deduct our actual return shipping costs (if we provided a label).

For items over €75, we strongly recommend using tracked shipping or insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Unclaimed / Returned Parcels
If an order is returned to us because it was not collected, refused, or the delivery details provided were incorrect/incomplete, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees from the refund amount.
In such cases:
- Only the product value will be refunded.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Any return-to-sender fees charged by the courier/postal service may also be deducted where applicable.
We may attempt to contact the customer regarding an unclaimed parcel before processing the return; however, failure to respond does not affect the refund conditions above.
Final Notes

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds (unless stated otherwise). Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.

We do not offer prepaid return labels unless a product was received damaged or incorrect.
