The Staleks PRO PODODISC Expert M (20mm) is an elite, professional-grade stainless steel pedicure disc designed for high-performance hardware foot care. Unique drop-like perforations make this lightweight tool effective at preventing frictional overheating, enhancing client comfort and operator control, while a scratch-resistant matte finish and full sterilization compatibility ensure durability and hygiene. This set includes five premium 180-grit disposable files for safe, rapid, and smooth pedicure results.

Why You'll Love It

Advanced Thermal Control: Drop-like perforations reduce weight and prevent overheating during high-speed rotation.
Surgical-Grade Durability: Corrosion-resistant stainless steel with a scratch-resistant matte finish for daily salon use.
Full Sterilization Compatibility: Safe for autoclaves, dry heat ovens, and chemical disinfectants.
Optimized Adhesion Surface: A textured face securely grips disposable files, preventing slippage or peeling.
Complete Starter Set: Includes five 180-grit disposable files for callus removal and skin refinement.

Best For

Rapid processing of larger surface areas and precise, controlled work on localized calluses, ideal for reducing hand fatigue during long, back-to-back hardware pedicure sessions. Recommended RPM: 10,000–25,000.

How to Use+

1. Securely attach the PODODISC Expert M shank into your professional e-file handpiece.
2. Firmly adhere a fresh, single-use abrasive file exactly centered onto the disc surface.
3. Adjust the e-file speed to the strictly recommended range of 10,000 - 25,000 RPM.
4. Gently process the calloused skin or nail surface as required.
5. Remove and safely dispose of the used file immediately after the procedure. Remove the disc and proceed with standard sterilization (autoclave or dry heat).
