2. Firmly adhere a fresh, single-use abrasive file exactly centered onto the disc surface.
3. Adjust the e-file speed to the strictly recommended range of 10,000 - 20,000 RPM (Do not exceed 20,000 RPM for size L).
4. Gently process the calloused skin or nail surface as required.
5. Remove and safely dispose of the used file immediately after the procedure. Remove the disc and proceed with standard sterilization (autoclave or dry heat).
